Buyer can not claim the "no good - money back" guarantee in the following situations:
a. In case the products have been neglected
b. In case modifications have been made to the products, including repairs which were not done by or for Electro Plaza
c. In case of inudicious use, incorrect connection, incorrect voltage, damage through lightning, damage through moist or any other external causes or situations
d. In case the products have not been maintained either in a common way, or according to the procedure described in the user guide
e. In case the products are being used with unsuitable or wrong accessories
f. In case the buyer has used the products in a careless way.

Return shipments should be announced first. In case a product needs to be returned, the buyer needs to specify a reason for the return. This can be done by filling in the Contact form.

General trade- and delivery conditions

1. All of are special offers are valuable for a period of 14 days. However, our special offers are announced without any obligations.

2. All prices are excluding shipping costs, and including Value Added Tax, unless specified otherwise.

3. Delivery of products will only occur after an agreement regarding payment has been made between Electro Plaza and the buyer, unless we have clearly stated otherwise.

4 On electrical and/or electronic products we provide a warranty as provided to us by the manufacturer.
